Job Description: Arts Programs Manager
SilverKite Community Arts (www.silverkite.us) is looking for a part time (20 hours / week to start) Arts Programs Manager to join our team.
The Arts Programs Manager job duties and responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the items listed below. Work location will be mostly remote, with occasional hours in SilverKite’s Seattle office (4000 Aurora Ave N, Seattle.)

Responsibilities include:
Online Arts Programs Management (80%):

Develop and communicate program offerings, workshop descriptions, and statistical information about SilverKite’s online arts programming to community partners

Staff online arts programs with SilverKite teaching artists, and communicate with them about their upcoming online workshops

Staff hosts for SilverKite’s online workshops

Support online program offerings with occasional workshop hosting duties, technical assistance to participants, and serve as an on-call problem solver if a problem arises during an arts program

Set up Zoom webinars and share links with teaching artists and community partners

Coordinate with teaching artists about workshop descriptions / supply lists and communicate these to community partners

Design and implement marketing plans in partnership with the CEO and Social Media Director to expand community partnerships and online arts program memberships

Design online arts program quarterly schedules in partnership with the CEO

Teaching artist and webinar host onboarding
Additional Responsibilities (20%):

Assist with SPARK Box (art activity toolkit) coordinating, sourcing, purchasing, mailing, and receiving supply deliveries at the office as needed

Assist with ArtKits (classroom support toolkits) coordinating, development, and mailing

Coordinate with teaching artists about arts supplies pick ups
Please note: As COVID protocols change / end, the Arts Programs Manager role may expand to include additional hours and responsibilities. These additional responsibilities may include coordinating and managing in-person arts for older adults and intergenerational arts program offerings.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Zoom platform, and Google Drive

Strong customer service skills

Passion for the arts and making a difference in the community

Proven ability to regularly work closely and collaborate with team members

Strong organization skills and an ability to meet deadlines

Good communication skills via Zoom, email, and phone

Willingness to try new things and think outside the box
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the Wix platform

Teaching or teaching artist experience
-
Experience working with older adults
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours / week to start)
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, 10 days of paid time off per year

The Arts Programs Manager will set their own schedule within SilverKite’s operating hours (M-F 8:30 – 5 and Sat 9-3)
