SilverKite Community Arts® has three options for those interested in renting spaces at our building in Capitol Hill.

Front room + access to bathrooms

$35 / hour + 5% of sales of merch if over $250 during event

4 folding tables, 20 chairs

Available M-Sat 8-9pm

Back room + garden + bathroom access

$65/ hour + 5% of ticket and merch sales if over $250 during event

5 folding tables, 30 chairs

Available Mon-Thurs 4pm - 9pm; Fri & Sat 8am - 9pm

Front and back rooms and garden

$100 / hour

Available Fridays and Saturdays from 8am - 9am
